ShipDevs provides access to pre-vetted software developers and related services.

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use services only for lawful business purposes
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to exploit the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

ShipDevs connects clients with independent developers.

• Developers are not employees of ShipDevs
• ShipDevs facilitates matching, onboarding, and support
• Final working relationships are between the client and developer

We aim to ensure quality but do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

We offer a 14-day risk-free trial:

• Clients can evaluate developer performance
• If not satisfied, you may cancel within the trial period
• Additional terms or limitations may apply based on engagement

• Services are billed on a monthly or hourly basis
• Payments must be made on time as agreed
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services

All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• Clients retain ownership of their projects and deliverables upon full payment
• Developers agree to transfer relevant work rights to clients
• ShipDevs does not claim ownership of client work

Both clients and developers agree to:

• Keep sensitive information confidential
• Not disclose proprietary data without permission

This applies during and after the engagement.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the system
• Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unethical behavior

ShipDevs is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Performance issues arising from developer-client collaboration

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Misuse or fraudulent activity is detected

Users may also stop using services at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
